Our competent trained crew will arrive punctually on moving day and proceed loading the removal vans. All furniture and appliances are protected with thick removals industry standard transit blankets and strapped in place wherever movement is possible. Flat screens, pictures and mirrors are bubble wrapped in the house by our removal crew or we will provide a full or part packing service if agreed. For added peace of mind all our vehicles are covered by goods in transit insurance. If you are blessed by rain on moving day we will protect the main carpeted walkways within your house with non slip waterproof carpet protector, we will also use polythene mattress covers. 5. Arriving at your new house, flat or apartment our crew will carefully unload all items to the room of you choice were specified and the access is adequate and provide any unpacking agreed prior to the move. Once our vehicles are empty we will ask you if you are happy with the positioning of all the major items and re arrange them if required unless you have already supervised there placement. 6. Finally you will be asked to complete a short customer satisfaction report to allow us to monitor the quality of our service and pay the crews a bonus incentive only if you are 100 % satisfied with the service. |
