The
removal
Process.
1.
Our innovative online quote
system collects all the information we need to issue an accurate
detailed quote for the removal of a list of goods and specified
maximum number of pre packed boxes.
2.
Once we have the information we need we will send you a brief
quotation by email, followed by a detailed written quotation
explaining the service details, booking procedure and our insurance
cover in more detail.
3.
To book you removal service contact
our office by phone or email to confirm that our
removal crew is available.
Once
you have selected a payment option, signed and returned the
booking form we can confirm your removal date is reserved.
4.
Unless loading has been scheduled for a date prior to the move,
typically if you are moving so far that the move can't be completed
in 1 day. Our competent crew will arrive punctually on moving
day and proceed loading the removal vans.
Furniture and appliances are protected with thick removals industry
transit blankets, and strapped in place. Flat screens, pictures
and mirrors are bubble wrapped and we will provide a packing
service if agreed.
For
added peace of mind all our vehicles are insured for removals
unlike many.
5.
Arriving at your new home our crew will carefully unload all
items to the rooms of you choice were specified providing the
access is adequate . Once our vehicle is empty we will ask if
you are happy with the positioning of all the major items and
re arrange them if required.
6.
Finally you will be asked to complete a short customer satisfaction
report to allow us to monitor the quality of our service and
pay the crews a bonus incentive only if you are 100 % satisfied
with the service.
